Responsibilities include working closely with the user community, identifying user needs, creating BI reports, providing data analytics, application training and support, and much more. Essential Functions

1. Level 2 user support of Cloud ERP financial applications for multiple locations
2. Advanced BI reporting and use of analytic tools for data analysis
3. Assist with technology integrations, process implementations, and third party products
4. Monitor business and technology trends to ensure future system capabilities are in-line with business needs

Qualifications

1. Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business or Information Systems; 4 years’ experience as Business Analyst or similar; or an equivalent certification(s) preferred
2. ERP financial application support experience
3. Experience with Infor LN and Birst Business Intelligence and Analytics, or Oracle Cloud OTBI, a plus
4. Experienced analytical and conceptual thinking skills
5. Ability to translate technical information into a non-technical representation
6. Rapid learning ability regarding new knowledge and skills
7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent Excel skills
8. Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
