1890s to 1900s
John A. Stillwell and three associates found the Electric Wheel Company in Quincy, Illinois.
Electric Wheel expanded its product line and began experimenting with tractors. In 1911, they introduced the Model 'O' Quincy 20-30, with a cross-mounted engine, a tubular radiator and automobile steering. They went on to create the Light Allwork, the Allwork II and several other models including crawler models.
