OTR Wheel Product Specialist

Job Description

The OTR Wheel Product Specialist is responsible for shaping product vision, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, maintaining a comprehensive wheel end customer database, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet market demands and business goals. Uses independent judgment and exercises discretion in executing their duties.  This position requires a high degree of confidentiality.

Wage: $60,000 to $80,000 per year 

 

Essential Functions

    1. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
    2. Provide product-related support to Titan OE, Aftermarket Sales, and Third-Party Sales teams, including presentations, training, and customer visits (domestic and international travel may be required).
    3. Monitor, review, and report on product activity, performance, and results.
    4. Track timelines and outcomes for new product proposals.
    5. Communicate with Titan and JV locations to align product offerings and capabilities globally.
    6. Collaborate with engineering, design, quality, marketing, pricing, and sales teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
    7. Act as the voice of the customer throughout the sales and product lifecycle.
    8. Ensure product compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
    9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent education, experience, or training will be considered.
2. Strong knowledge of the OTR (Off-The-Road) product industry.
3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management or a related role.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver measurable results.
