100-day promise program

At Titan, the quality of our tires and satisfaction of our customers are top priorities. That’s why we’re offering a 100-Day Promise. If you’re not happy in the first 100 days, we’ll make it right; that’s our promise to you.

What's covered?

As the original owner of new Titan or Goodyear Farm Tires, if you are not completely satisfied within the first 100 days of purchase, you may return your tires to the authorized dealer where they were purchased for a complete refund of the purchase price. The program covers any Titan or Goodyear Farm Tire bias or radial R-1, R-1W, R-2, R-3, R-4, I-3, HF-1, HF-2, HF-3 and skid steer tires, as well as Low Sidewall Technology™ (LSW®).

how to make a claim

New tires that become unserviceable during the 100-day period are covered by the Titan Tire Workmanship & Material Adjustment Policy, and therefore, are not covered under this 100-day satisfaction program. For claim consideration, a claim form and the original purchase invoice must be submitted to the dealer where the tires were purchased.
