August 3, 2007 TITAN TO IMPLEMENT GENERAL BRAND OTR PRICE INCREASE
QUINCY, Ill.—Titan Tire Corporation, a subsidiary of Titan International, Inc. (NYSE: TWI), will implement a price increase on General branded off-the-road tires, effective September 1, 2007.
The increase of up to six percent will offset rising raw material and energy costs, and allow the company to realign its base price listings to market conditions.
Titan International, Inc., a holding company, owns subsidiaries that supply wheels, tires and assemblies for off-highway equipment used in agricultural, earthmoving/construction and consumer (including all terrain vehicles and trailers) applications.
