Chairman and CEO, Maurice Taylor

Taylor was nicknamed "The Grizz" by Wall Street analysts for his tough negotiating style. Taylor has transformed Titan from a small wheel manufacturing business to a global producer of off-highway wheel and tire systems. Titan has successfully acquired and recreated previously failed businesses in the off-highway wheel and tire markets. In 1993, Taylor led the company through its initial public offering on the NASDAQ. After enjoying successful trading on NASDAQ, Titan moved to the NYSE. Taylor has been in the wheel manufacturing business for over 30 years, and has worked with Titan in various sales, engineering and management positions. He attended Michigan Tech. Taylor served as president and CEO of the company from 1990 to 2005 when he became chairman and CEO.

In 1996, Taylor ran as a Republican candidate for President of the United States, campaigning to bring sound fiscal management and business know-how to Washington.

 
Chairman of Titan Tire and Executive Vice President- William Campbell

Mr. Campbell has been the Titan Tire President for the past 12 years.  He has over 30 years manufacturing experience.  Mr. Campbell earned a B.A. from Ferris State University and began his career as an engineer for White Motor Corporation. He served as Plant Manager for Condec Corporation, Nippon Miniature Bearings, Saab Scania A.B., and Titan. He joined Titan in 1995 as Operations Manager in Des Moines, IA. In his current position, Mr. Campbell works with Maurice Taylor, Chairman and CEO of Titan International, on recent and future acquisitions.

 

Chief Financial Officer, Paul Reitz

Paul joined the company in July 2010 and brings over 15 years experience of leading finance and accounting departments for publicly traded corporations as well as public accounting experience. Prior to joining Titan, he was the Chief Accounting Officer for Carmike Cinemas, a NASDAQ publicly traded company based in Columbus, GA.  He was controller for McLeodUSA Publishing, a NASDAQ traded company, and Yellow Book USA Inc., a subsidiary of the Yell Group PLC, a global publisher with multi-billion dollar sales that is publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange prior to joining Carmike. He began his career with Deloitte and Touche LLP and is a certified public accountant with a Master's of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa.

 

Titan Wheel President, Dave Salen

David Salen joined the company as president of Titan Wheel in July 2010. Prior to joining Titan, Salen founded and served as chief executive and president of TPM Inc., a designer, manufacturer and marketer of replacement drive components used in gypsum and engineered wood products industries. He also served as president and CEO and then director for the automotive aluminum wheel manufacturer UBE Automotive. Prior to UBE, Salen served as vice president and director of operations of the aluminum wheel division of Accuride Corporation, and has held various positions in the manufacturing industry since 1984.  Salen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology from Ohio University and completed the corporate finance/accounting executive program at the University of Michigan.

 

Titan Tire President, Steve Briggs

Steve Briggs joined Titan in 2011. Prior to Titan, Briggs was VP and General Manager of Pierce Manufacturing, a division of Oshkosh. He was employed by ROM corporation prior to Pierce as President and CEO. Both of these companies are involved in manufacturing products for the military market. He also served in the military for over 10 years. Briggs earned his masters degree from the University of Missouri.

 
Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, Kent Hackamack

Mr. Hackamack joined Titan in 1994 as corporate controller and was appointed vice president of finance and treasurer in 1996. He is a cerfitied public accountant and holds two degrees from Northeast Missouri State University (now Truman State University) in accounting and computer science.

 
Vice President-General Counsel and Secretary, Cheri Holley
Cheri Holley joined the Company in 1994 as General Counsel and Secretary.  Ms. Holley was appointed Vice President in 1996.
