Titan International Inc. Announces Second Quarter Cash Dividend

QUINCY, Ill.-The Board of Directors of Titan International, Inc. (NYSE: TWI) has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $.005 (one half cent) per common share for the second quarter of 2009. The cash dividend is payable July 15, 2009, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2009.
