TITAN TO IMPLEMENT PRICE INCREASE

QUINCY, Ill.-Titan Tire Corporation, a subsidiary of Titan International, Inc. (NYSE: TWI), will implement an aftermarket price increase on Titan and Goodyear branded farm and construction tires, effective April 1, 2007.

The increase is expected to average six percent and will help offset rising raw material and energy costs, and allow the company to realign its base price listings across brands.

Titan International, Inc., a holding company, owns subsidiaries that supply wheels, tires and assemblies for off-highway equipment used in agricultural, earthmoving/construction and consumer (including all terrain vehicles and trailers) applications.
